Fake Snake is out now on Steam

Fake Snake 1.0 is live on Steam — the full puzzle game, a built-in level editor with Steam Workshop support, and 15% off launch week.

Fake Snake is out. The 1.0 version is live on Steam right now:

Fake Snake on Steam

This is the full game — the one-sequence-many-snakes puzzle idea from the whiteboard, built out into rotating boards, scrambled controls, Focus Moves, bonus routes, and a chase for perfect solutions.

Level editor and Steam Workshop

Every level in Fake Snake was built in the same editor that ships with the game. It’s in the box, not a separate tool: build a puzzle, test it, publish it to the Steam Workshop, and subscribe to what other people make. Workshop levels show up in game alongside the built-in campaign.

Launch week discount

Fake Snake is 15% off through September 4, 2026 — €3.82 instead of €4.50. After that it goes to full price.

Thanks

Everyone who wishlisted, followed the devlog, or replied to a clip on Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube: thank you. That’s what carried this from a one-line idea to a launched game.

Next up: watching the Workshop fill up, fixing whatever the first wave of players finds, and getting back to Pickapoo.
