Privacy Policy

Short version: Narvio Games doesn't collect, sell or share your personal data. Our games have no accounts, no ads, and no analytics or tracking. The details are below.

Who we are

Narvio Games is a solo indie studio run by Michal Kozubík in the Czech Republic. This policy covers our game Fake Snake (iOS, Android and PC) and the website narviogames.com. You can reach us at narvio.unicorns@gmail.com.

Fake Snake on iOS and Android

• There are no accounts and no sign-in.
• The app contains no ads, no analytics, no tracking, and no third-party advertising or analytics SDKs.
• The app doesn't send any personal information to us or to anyone else.
• Your progress, stars, settings and the move plan you were working on are saved only on your device. Deleting the app deletes this data.
• The game works fully offline.

Purchases

The first chapter is free. A single one-time in-app purchase unlocks the remaining chapters. Purchases are handled entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never see or store your payment details or identity. The game only asks the store whether you own the unlock, so it can open the chapters and support Restore Purchases.

Data collected by the app stores

Apple and Google may collect data about your device and your use of their stores under their own policies. They may give us aggregated, anonymous statistics such as downloads and crash counts. We can't identify individual players from these. See the Apple Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy.

Fake Snake on PC (Steam)

The PC version is distributed through Steam. Steam features such as achievements, cloud saves and community levels are provided by Valve under the Steam Privacy Policy. We don't run servers and don't receive personal data from Steam players. Community level previews are downloaded from Steam when you browse them.

This website

• We don't use cookies, analytics or tracking scripts.
• Your light/dark theme choice is stored in your browser's local storage on your device. It is never sent to us.
• Our web host may keep standard technical server logs, such as IP address and requested page, for security and operations.
• The site links to other services (Discord, Steam, YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, itch.io). Their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site.

Children

Fake Snake is a puzzle game suitable for a general audience. We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Because we don't collect personal data through our games, there is generally nothing for us to access, correct or delete. If you contact us by email, we'll use your address only to reply, and we'll delete the conversation when you ask. If you are in the EU or EEA, you have rights under the GDPR, and you may complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů.

Changes to this policy

If we change how data is handled, for example by adding online features, we'll update this page and its date before the change goes live.
